Small Vintage 80s porcelain cream pitcher jug from MITTERTEICH Bavaria.
Mitterteich was the first porcelain factory in the town of Mitterteich in Bavaria, Germany. It was established in 1887 by Ludwig Lindner but was taken over by a glass and porcelain retailer called Max Emanuel & Co. in 1895. At the start of World War I, the Bavarian authorities confiscated the factory from the British.
